Protection status

The Status window shows you the status of the antivirus and firewall protection.

It is very important to pay attention to the messages displayed when the antivirus or the firewall are not working properly.

Antivirus and firewall enabled

Antivirus or firewall disabled

If either the antivirus or the firewall has been disabled by the administrator, the Status window will show the following:

Provided the console is open, will display a message if the administrator edits the protection settings.

Computer without a license

The firewall may also appear disabled if the computer doesn't have a license. In that case, contact your usual reseller to buy the relevant licenses.

Pending system restart

If the computer requires a restart in order to finish the synchronization process, a message will be displayed indicating so. Click Restart now.

Administrator tools

If you have authorization to manage the firewall protection in administrator mode, click the Administrator panel link and enter your credentials.
